OUR STORY
In 2017, Wear it again founder Elizabeth launched her first business, an ethical and sustainable Canadian-made clothing line (Wooly Doodle), driven by a desire to create quality garments that stood the test of time. After successfully growing and running her national business, she sold it in 2023. However, Elizabeth’s commitment to sustainability didn’t end there.
Throughout her journey, Elizabeth became increasingly aware of the damaging impacts of fast fashion. She also noticed something else—how well-made clothing could be handed down or resold, maintaining its value and quality. As fast fashion continued to dominate the market, Elizabeth felt a strong pull to once again make a difference. She knew that many people have quality clothing sitting unworn in their closets, while others are always on the lookout for stylish yet sustainable shopping options. This sparked the idea for Wear It Again—a series of pre-loved clothing sales that bring the community together.
Elizabeth’s goal with Wear It Again is simple yet powerful: to make sustainable attainable (and stylish). By offering a platform for people to buy and sell gently used, high-quality clothing, she’s providing an eco-friendly alternative to fast fashion and encouraging a culture of conscious consumption. Whether you're looking to refresh your wardrobe or find a new home for your well-loved items, Wear It Again is here to help you do it sustainably.
